From the inside out
- Pre-release planningWe assess needs, strengths, and risks, then build an individualized reentry plan covering housing, employment, health care, and family reunification. Family meetings are part of the process.
- Pre-release coordinationEach participant is assigned an advocate, with access to transitional housing listings and a job board for justice-involved job seekers.
- Release day and the first weeksHelp with basic needs like clothing, food, and transportation, and case management that connects people to services right away.
- Long-term supportMentorship, community engagement, and regular progress check-ins as life gets steadier.
