What we collect

We only collect information that you choose to send us. That includes:

• Referrals. When you refer someone, we ask for their name, phone number, email, the best way to reach them, the services they need, and any notes you add. We also ask for your name, your relationship to them, your organization, and how to reach you.
• Messages. When you call, email, or write to us, we receive what you send.
• Site visits. We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which links bring people to this site and to Second Square, for example a link we posted on Instagram. It uses cookies and records things like the pages viewed, the type of device, and a general location. We never send it names, phone numbers, emails, or anything typed into a form.

This website does not use advertising trackers, Google Analytics advertising features are turned off, and we do not sell or rent anyone’s information.

How we use it

We use referral and contact information only to reach out, understand what support is needed, and connect people with Square One programs and services. Referral details are sent to our team at info@thisissquare1.com and are seen only by Square One staff who need them to help.

Before you refer someone, please make sure they know you are reaching out on their behalf. The referral form asks you to confirm this.

Sharing

We do not share personal information with anyone outside Square One unless the person we are serving agrees, or the law requires it.
