Startup
The path starts from behind the wall. Preparatory education, coaching, goal setting, and a concrete "startup" plan. Our case managers aid and assist as participants become familiar with the new.
Start Fresh
This phase identifies impacted areas to be addressed or resolved during the path forward. With your case manager’s support, the objective is to complete all goals and start fresh.
Skills Increase
Credentials that count: GED and College+, skilled trades, healthcare career training, and entrepreneurship education, taught by real instructors and tied to real industry demands.
Starting Point
Job readiness, employer partners who hire based on skill, and startup support for those building their own thing. Placement is the beginning, not the finish line.
